Ryan grew up in east Texas, surviving the crushing humidity and bird-sized mosquitos until he left to attend college at John Brown University in the Ozarks of Northwest Arkansas. A lifelong lover of random facts and useless knowledge, he graduated with a B.A. in History. Working first in nonprofits, then wealth management, he began his mortgage career in 2016.
Ryan is usually the only Watermark Capital face you’ll find running around in Fort Worth. He’s developed a niche serving buyers who are interested in Fort Worth’s most desirable and hip neighborhoods, having intentionally partnered with luxury agents and wealth managers, but he’s passionate about helping anyone make their most important investment, their home. In Ryan you’ll find a professional who will provide true white-glove service then follow up with a relationship that lasts as long as you want to own real estate.
Ryan and his wife Amanda were married in 2010 and have the cutest daughter you’ve ever seen (actually the cutest, not just in the way everyone says their kid is the cutest). He loves music and art, photography, and good food and wine. His true passion is cycling and he’d welcome an invitation to ride road or gravel with you, but you can probably tear him up if you’re actually considering inviting him to ride. Ryan and family are members of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Fort Worth.
