Jonathan Doddridge is one of the founding employees of Watermark Capital Texas. He spent ten years in telecom and left the turbulence of telecom to get into the stability of banking in July 2006. Jonathan has been an award-winning loan officer and branch manager. JD finds it incredibly fulfilling to help people buy homes as well as refinancing mortgages. He also seeks out people with very high growth ceilings and has built a world-class team of mortgage professionals.
Jonathan’s work philosophy is service-oriented – to customers, partners, and teammates. He strives to be consistent with his attitude, effort, and results. He also holds dear the ‘parable of talents’ and works hard to do the best job he can daily to multiply his blessings.

Ryan is usually the only Watermark Capital face you’ll find running around in Fort Worth. He’s developed a niche serving buyers who are interested in Fort Worth’s most desirable and hip neighborhoods, having intentionally partnered with luxury agents and wealth managers, but he’s passionate about helping anyone make their most important investment, their home.
