Lance is one of the founding members of Watermark Capital – Houston. He is dedicated to working with the local real estate community and helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.

Prior to joining the Watermark team, Lance spent 15 years in the franchise industry. Helping individuals and families significantly increase net worth as they transitioned from corporate employee roles to investing and owning their own franchised business was hugely fulfilling. Lance finds the same satisfaction in helping people purchase or refinance their homes!

Lance and his family live in the Memorial area of Houston and have volunteered and support various charities and organizations such as MD Anderson, CanCare, Post Oak Little League, Westminster Day School, and The Children’s Fund.
